Which one is correct?
She will head to / by / for the store.
Which preposition is correct? Is it "for"?

Head for or Head to are both possible.

It could be a difference in geography, but in that sentence I would only say that she will head "to" the store. You could also say she will go by the store, or she is heading for the store.
