Hi Cherish, what bits do you need to understand?

The paragraph is basically saying that the client/customer will not hold HTC (which I assume is the phone company?!) responsible for anything that may go wrong when HTC is trying to fix something for the client, or help the client in someway.

It is a very long worded paragraph, like most contracts! I'd try and break it down into smaller sentences and understand each one bit by bit
