vision I have vision in only one eye. He suffers from blurred vision and headaches can I use sight instead of vision? thanks!

The short answer is, yes. "I have sight in only one eye" is common. "He suffers from blurred sight" is ok, but not so common. I think we usually call the condition blurred vision. It's the usual collocation. But ask others what they think.

I agree with Moira. "I only have sight in one eye" sounds better though. I would never say "blurred sight", I would always say "blurred vision".
