my（我的） name（名字、姓名）（have two choice for name) is（是） （wo de） （ ming zi、xing ming ） （shi）

We mostly say 我的名字是…my means 我的 name means 名字 is means 是 so we add the name after the sentence,for example,my name is Tom.we say 我的名字是Tom. you can also say 我叫 to explain my name is,just add the name after it.for example,my name is Tom.we can say 我叫Tom. it also means I am Tom.
