"красть" is the synonym to the word "воровать". "украсть" is perfective verb and expresses completed action. For example: He stole the car a few months ago. "Он украл машину" "красть=воровать" are imperfective verbs and expresses incomplete actions. For example: He steal the cars every week. "Он крадет машины каждую неделю". "Украсть" is the perfective aspect and it's used to describe the single action: He has stolen my credit card -- Он украл мою кредитную карту / кредитку Be carefull, he can steal your credit card -- Будь осторожен, он может украсть твою карту "Воровать" is the imperfective aspect and it's used to desctibe habitually repeated actions or ocupation of some people: He has been arrested several times, but he continues to steal -- Его уже несколько раз арестовывали, но он продолжает воровать.
