No, there isn't, I'm afraid. In that situation, I'd resort to English understatement and say something about my guest along the lines of 'After two days, it was clear that he had outstayed his welcome.' If you 'outstay your welcome' it means that you remain in your host's house for longer than they want you to.

There is in American English, often attributed to Benjamin Franklin. Guests, like fish, begin to smell after three days.
