hello there. actually i have the same problem too, we are good in writing and listening in the most cases, but we cant talk easily as native speakers, because we don't speak it all the time, every one talk to his family and friends with their language( your language), but so you have to talk with people who are speaking English and italki is helpful website you can make your language friends and they will help you good luck best regards

Talk with everyone in english even it is right or wrong....that's a good way..
