"Entrepreneur" is in fact a relatively recent loan word from French, so it preserves a semblance of its French pronunciation. In addition to that, there are around two hundred thousand loan words from French that came into English a few hundred years ago and are completely incorporated into the language -- including phonetically -- to the point where people don't even think of them as French anymore.
