How to improve my listening competence?
I work in China trading company.I must improve my listning competence if foreigner coming.Frist I should know what they say and communicate with them.

Listen closely to what they say.
There isn't any way to know what they're talking about without knowing what they're saying.
Improving your competence takes practice and will take time, as with learning any foreign language.
