If someone asked me to do something in the way he claimed.
Can I write “ I have done them as you required. " or " I have done them as required. "
I found that require is not a intransitive verb ,so I think the first sentence I wrote may be wrong.

I have done as you asked would be an appropriate response. Done them doesn't make much sense unless you were asked to do a specific thing to particular items. And you wouldn't use 'required'. To require someone to do something has a strong legal overtone - you are required to show your passport on entry. You are required to complete the cover sheet of the exam. If someone just asks you to do something - even if they are your boss - you would just say I have done as you asked.
