how to improve my ability of reading comprehension ?
i can read the words but i usually don't what it say...

Start reading on articles of your interest may help. Naturally you are able to relate to your interest and can understand more. Then move on to read more lifestyle and current affairs. You should be able to improve systematically.

This will improve with practice, try to understand the main idea, rather than every single word.
