If you want individual face-to-face lessons from an individual human instructor, your first step is to explore the "Professional lessions" section. Italki is also one of a number of websites that help students connect with "language companions" who are interested in practicing conversation over the Internet. As you can see it also has (limited) text-based forum-like tools, but these are not really something you can use to learn a language.
