I was quite confused when I read a part of Refrain like this:

" Für keinen Schatz gäb ich die Freiheit, gäb ich meinen Platz vorm Himmelszelt."

What does it mean exactly by "gäb ich meinen Platz vorm Himmelszelt" ?
Does it mean "I would give out my place in heaven".or " I would give out my "place??" under the sky." ?

Basically I cannot get precise meaning of " Platz". Is it a metaphor of something?
Also I don't understand "vorm Himmelszelt"...
