What is the meaning of the word "baller" when someone says "He is a baller." My friend told me that its meaning is used to describle people who are very rich, isn't it ? and how to say the people , especially work as buyer, want supplier to bribe them ,such as giving money to them"self" so that my products could pass the qulity control easily or without critically ?

Baller is informal word or more like urban or slang It means thug who became successful after struggle. Someone who struggled and raised from low status to successful. Sometimes depending on a context people use it interchangeably with daredevil.
