this is actually a compound word 待+腻, 腻 is the result complement（结果补语） for the verb 待 待（呆 is more commonly used）: to stay 腻: get bored with so 待腻（or 呆腻）：get bored with staying e.g. 他已经在家待/呆腻了，所以他出去旅游了. He had already got bored with staying at home, so he went traveling outside.

not 待腻 it should be 呆腻 呆 means stay 腻 means be bored to do sth so be bored to stay here

verb + 腻 means u have been doing something too much so u don't want to do that anymore.

get tired of staying in one place, I guess
