Can you keep up with it? This question asks the student if the class is going too fast. How's it going? This question is very casual. It doesn't assume that the student is having difficulties. Can you manage [the work/assignment]? This question is more serious. It suggests that there may be some concern about the student being able to do the work.

I would say :Can you manage them ,or Can u handle these tasks or to use the easy word "DO"

Can you manage? How's it going? How are you coping?
