What's meaning of the sentence?
I saw a sentence:For some reason I don't think you have been receiving my emails. From this sentence, I don't know whether she had sent me the email or not.

She has been sending you emails. She has definitely been sending you emails. She thinks you have not received them. She is being vague about the reason why she thinks so.

1.she sent you email ,but for some reason ,you don't recieved the email
2.she didn't send you email ,so you don't recieved it
3.you don't know whether she send the email .
