Issuance What does "issuance" mean? and what about "security issuance"? I need to translate these words in italian but I need to understand what they mean I found them in this contex: "Effortless yet effective securities issuance" and "Issuing new securities can be a complex business"

I think it refers to the process in which a bank or a company will issue (= put on the market) new securies (e.g. stocks, bonds, etc).
