Could you please explain me the difference between "company" and "corporate" in this sentence ?
The sentence is "We will introduce our company's corporate overview".
Why don't they just choose on of the two words, company or corporate in the sentence. What is the difference ?

Excellent question.
"Company" is redundant. "Corporate overview" is a standard phrase in business English. An equivalent alternative is "company profile".
The verb "introduce" is not the best choice either.
It is better to say "We shall present our corporate overview."
