LESSEE indemnifies and holds LESSOR harmless against any such claims (together with legal fees and VAT thereon) which many be directed against LESSOR by a third party. LESSEE acknowledges that LESSOR has made no warranty express or implied that any item of Equipment is fit or suitable for any particular purpose of LESSEE (whether or not such purpose has been made known to LESSOR).
