Like it mentioned, a score of 10-12 is roughly the reading level on completion of high school. However, a general text that should be readable by most people would be around level 8. You can consider level 6 to 8 quite decent, when it comes to readability. Your average score is 5.9. (I left out the Automated Readability Index, since it so much lower than your averages scores, I believe the calculation does not work on your particular test.) Since this is based on calculations and averages, I personally wouldn't consider this a good system to check your readability.
