Which language is easier to learn? French or Spanish or German
I found it really difficult to learn four languages at the same time, so I want to focus only on one of these languages.
BTW, will they affect my English(especially speaking and writing)?

I don't know anything about Persian, but since you speak English, German would be the easiest to learn out of those 3.
Though, you might consider the reason why you're learning a language. Because in the end, it's not the difficulty that matters, but what and how you will use this new learned language. :)

As spanish I tell you that spanish and french (I learn french for 2 years) are difficult, especially the verbs.
