What does it mean "Y'all getting any rain up your way?" What does "Y'all" stand for?

It means 'you all.' It's a feature of some dialects (notably in the South of the United States) to say y'all instead of just 'you' when referring to 'you' in the plural.

Y'all is a contraction of you and all. It is used as a second person pronoun. Y'all is strongly associated with Southern American English. Contractions are very common in the English language as demonstrated in words such as can't (cannot), won't (will not), and many, many more. I hope this helps. Y'all come back now! Ya hear?
