"من با او حرف زدم" is not necessarily equal to what you wrote. That sentece could be only an extension for من با او حرف زدم
2)
من با او حرف زدند is wrong.
Maybe that was due to mistyping. The correct one is: من با او حرف زدم
which is equivalent to ما با هم حرف زدیم
