Stephen's suggestion is good. Another option is: Please open the door carefully to avoid hitting guests in the corridor. 'Collide' would normally be used to refer to one object hitting another, and would not work so well for a door, as it is swinging, rather than moving. It is more natural to use 'guests' as there might be more than one. 'who is passing' is unnecessarily complicated.
