How can I improve my oral english ?
I can understand most of what they say ,but I can't express my think.
It's a very big problem.

There are also many sites that will teach you English phrases so you can learn to express yourself in English. Listen to English speakers and learn what is being said and what it means. Just keep on speaking. It doesn't matter if you make a mistake. The point of communication is to communicate, not perfection, because no one can be perfect. As long as you are understood, that is what is most important. If you make a mistake, you can ask who you are speaking to to correct those mistakes and from that you will learn and be able to improve your spoken English.
