What is the best answer for this question? How much bread do you eat on weekends? 1) I eat four breads on weekends. (I know "bread" is an uncountable noun and for that reason I have my doubts if I must write "four breads" when I'm talking about plural) or I have to write: 2) I eat four "slices or loaves of bread" on weekends"

The second would be correct. As you said, 'bread' is uncountable, so 'breads' sounds unnatural. Slices or loaves of bread makes much more sense. :-)
