掏=take something from it. 腰包=purse 掏腰包=take money from the purse=pay the money 我哥们只需要跟在后面掏腰包=My bro just need to follow me and pay the money. 态度=attitude 送外卖=deliver the takeout 特别=especially 我哥们态度特别好=The attitude of my bro is especially nice.
