"Sales" are the what is obtained by the company from the provision (selling) of goods or services to customers. "Revenue" is the total amount of money taken in by a business during a set period of time. (Sales of a company contribute to the revenue of the business company. Interest, royalties, fees and donations make up other streams of revenue) "Sales volume" equals the quantity of items a business sells during a given period. "Turnover" is the net sales generated by a business. (Sales are turnover are very similar, and used almost interchangeably. Sales refers to the total value of goods, while turnover refers the income generated by those sales). Reference: What is the difference between revenue and sales? | Investopedia
