What does drug-fuelled party mean? I read an article titled "Man accused of murder 'filmed himself and another man raping victim at a drug-fuelled party". What does drug-fuelled party mean? Is it a kind of party where all people in it are drug addicts?

The people at the party are not necessarily drug addicts but a lot of drugs were being used at the party. Best wishes Bob

Not so much that everyone there is addicted to drugs, but that most or all of the guests were using drugs, which has a major influence on their behaviour
