meaning of 'haven't got much' and 'haven't got any'
I'm not sure the meaning.
In my opinion, 'I haven't got much tea or coffee.' means I have tea and coffee but they are not enough for me.
'I haven't got any eggs.' means I have no eggs.
Am I right?

Correct! "Haven't got much"/"haven't got many" means the same as "I have very little" (Maybe it's enough for you today, but not for the whole week, or you're worried that it might not be enough for a certain recipe. These are just other examples).
"Haven't got any" means Zip! Zero! Zilch! :) None at all!
