Over here we call a burrito 墨西哥薄 /饼/卷/. A tortilla 墨西哥半月脆卷, A tamale is 墨西哥玉米粽. As others had pointed out, these are just the equivalent names to similar things the Chinese have.

They are very different in China .玉米饼（tortilla）are not been wrapped,and there is nothing in it. There have many different vegetables and meat in 卷饼（burrito) .

卷饼（no卷并）is more like burrito, 卷 means like sth been wrapped. You can call tortilla 面饼. Anyway, there is no synonyms for burrito or tortilla in chinese since we dont have exactly same food.
