bugger off
What does bugger off mean?
Does it mean to expel somebody or something like this...somebody goes to you for money, then you want to them to leave you alone then you give some small money to them to let them leave you alone, so you give some money to bugger them off?
It sounds like a british expression, is it also commonly used in NA?

It's a British English expression to the best of my knowledge, considered impolite except when used in a jokey way between friends: generally it's just an impolite way to dismiss or tell somebody to go away.

It's British vulgar slang. "Bugger off" simply means "go away".
"You're annoying me. Bugger off!"
"At 5PM it's time to close the office and bugger off home."
