How to I say "18 Australian age" in Korean?
As Korea and some other Asian countries adds another age on and Australian age doesn't.

It's called '만'
"만 18세" = 18 years old (by the world standard)
저는 만 18세 입니다 = I'm 18 years old.
Fortunately, or unfortunately, you don't have to mention Australia.
