"Take a look at". Could someone help me? Wich one is correct? Is there any mistake? I would be very grateful if you take a look at my text (or: if you take a look to my text). Thanks in advance.

I would be grateful if you could look at what I wrote would sound the most natural

To be more polite you could say, "I would be very grateful if you would not mind taking a look at my text." You could also add "which I've wrote." to the end of that sentence to make it more personal, defining the text as your own.
