When we refer to one's disposition,we use"性格“ most commonly. “性情”、“个性” and ”品质“are suitable,too. "性格”、“性情”、“个性”have similar meanings,but also subtle differences. "性情"sounds more formal."个性“ can also mean one has a strong and lively character.e.g.她很有个性。She is such a personality. ”品质“normally can only cover the good dispositions like noble,kind,ect.
