Hi Shannon, Thank you for your comments.
For him, It's been very difficult to communicate with his mom for a long time. So sometimes he feels sad, angry, frustrated, empathy about her when his mom has a serious quarrel with him, or she always likes to say bitter things to someone. But I think the mom aren't angry at nothing. She is just picky, stubborn and has a control freak in lots of things which are done by her rules and regulations.
Thank you!

I might use different phrasing!
His feelings towards his mom are very complicated.
When his mom goes into a fit of rage he has a very complex emotional reaction.
When thinking about "raging mom" I wonder: is she in a "fit of rage" or is she a constantly angry person? Complicated denotes a sense of unable to decipher, unable to discern what his emotions are. Complex has a feeling of simply being the opposite of simple: many pathways for a wide variety of emotion.
Do you mean to say he has multiple emotional reactions when his mom is raging at him about something? When she is yelling at him, he feels angry, sad, guilty, annoyed....???
