Please check the errors in the sentence. The opening date of store isn't finalized yet, but we expect the store can be opened at the end of February.

Dear Emily, If I may offer some recommendations, we use the word "inauguration" to refer to the starting date of a business. Therefore, we can write: The inauguration of the store isn't finalized yet, but we expect the store to be opened at the end of February. Hope this helps. Cheers, Lance

I'd say: "The opening date of *the* store is TBD, but it'll probably open at the end of February." TBD is "to be decided" or "determined". Here "open" is short for "open for the first time", because obviously it'll also open every day after that.
