I think the second and third sentence could been corrected to:" Have you got the message from school?" Please correct me if I am wrong.

"Have you been gotten" is the only incorrect expression among the options in your question. Yes, "A message has been received from school!" is correct. I can confirm that "Have you gotten" is extremely, extremely commonly used in the US. Phil says it's also acceptable in the UK. You might want to leave your Questions open a little longer.

Don't listen to the other answers - the first and second sentences are BOTH fine. In spoken English 'Have you gotten the message...' would be used (in the UK anyway) and is totally acceptable.
