I agree with Jeff's answer to this question. You may also write "excellent stratigic and buisness planning ability".

Hello Barak! I'm new here (yes, I am still learning English, but I may help you). The sentence in my opinion, looks better if you write it this way: "Good skills about business and strategic planning."
