Looking forward to the present getting to you, is it grammatically correct?
I wonder how to say:
I can't wait to see your reaction / response when you see the present I sent to you.
I want to include it at the end of a letter.
I don't know if to + sth + ing , is correct in this phrase.
Thank you

The sentence is great!
I would use reaction, but either works.
I would also recommend you change the second 'see' to 'open'. This is to vary the words in your sentence; it makes it feel a little more natural, but is not necessary.
Finally, you can actually drop the 'to' in "... I sent to you." It works either way, but the sentence flows better without it.
