In these sentences below, which is correct?
1) I created a new page for test.
2) I created a new page for you test
3) I created a new page to test.
4) I created a new page to you test

The best is 3 although I would say "I've created a new page to test,' or "I created a new page for testing.' 1,2 and 4 are all incorrect.

I suspect that what you want to say is:
"I created a new page for you to test."
