differences among buluşmak, kavuşmak, and görüşmak
Hi, could you please let me know differences among buluşmak, kavuşmak, and görüşmak? They all seem to mean “to meet," but I don't know in which circumstances they are used respectively.
Thanks :)

Buluşmak: To meet up. Has the most general meaning.
Kavuşmak: To reunite after a long absence.
Görüşmek: To meet to discuss something.
2nd Meaning: To be in touch (edit)

Hi
Kavuşmak is used for coming together with someone you are very close to and you miss a lot. (like a family member, close friend, beloved). Actually a long time is not requiered at all. For example your beloved went somewhere for a few days and you already miss her.. then "kavuşmak" can be used but this word is not used so much.
Buluşmak and görüşmek are mostly interchangeable. Buluşmak can always be replaced by görüşmek but görüşmek can't always be replaced by buluşmak. Buluşmak is only used for meeting up somewhere, you need to point out a place. For example you told your friend "Yarın buluşalım" (Let's meet tomorrow) and your friend's answer will be "ok, where?".You can use görüşmek instead of buluşmak. "Görüşmek" can be anywhere..(phone, mail, a place..) If you tell your friend "Yarın görüşelim" (Let's meet tomorrow), the answer can be "ok", "where", "görüşelim"(let's meet). So görüşmek doesn't have to be at a place.. Görüşmek also has a 2nd meaning which is "to debate about something". It can be anywhere (by mail, phone..)
+++Görüşürüz / görüşmek üzere = See you/bye
This phrase is used in Turkish a lot. Even before hanging up the phone

Buluşmak mostly used for meet when a meeting ,a date or an appointment set up.
Kavuşmak is used when you or somebody haven't see a very closed person for a long time. And after that long time they come together. And secondly used for two person in love come together or get married.
Görüşmek also like meet, the difference: We use buluşmak only in face-to face situation. But görüşmek we could use in email, web, phone connections in generaly.
