To me, the most useful strategy is to come up with a bunch of examples for every conjugation. Take a verb, DORMIR(SE), which is pretty irregular and go ahead and think of examples: Estos días (yo) duermo en casa de mis abuelos ¿Cuántas horas duermes al día? (Él/ella) No se duerme si no hay silencio absoluto ... You will also have to learn the subjunctive mood conjugations, do the same: ¿Cómo quieres que (yo) me duerma con la tele puesta? Acuna al bebe para que se duerma ... To me, the most helpful strategy is to think of examples for every new single word or expression you come across And so on, with every verb tense. I know it is hard when it comes to a language that has such a huge amount of conjugations. I tried with Italian, which is much like Spanish and I was overwhelmed by so many conjugations!

Hola! Debes aprenderte un verbo y sus diferentes conjugaciones todos los días y conversar con alguien lo aprendido, si es posible, tres veces por semana. La mejor forma de aprender un idioma es hablar diariamente con alguien, dicen por ahí que: "La practica hace al maestro". Hasta pronto :)
