What does "Until our paths cross once again" mean? "Take care, until our paths cross once again." Does this goodbye greeting mean they'll meet soon or they may be never going to meet again until so much time moves on, like after 20 years or in the next life? I want to know the exact context.

This is a very poetic way of speaking. I would assume that it meant that it is possible that they will not see each other for a long period of time or, perhaps, never again. No one would use this phrase if they were going to see someone very soon.
