- You can learn a lot of vocabulary with Egyptian songs and movies (you can find them with english subs on youtube). - You can find some egyptian arabic videos on the youtube channel "Easy Arabic" and "Arabicpod101". - The book series of "Kallimni arabi" is often used by egyptian arabic students. http://www.aucpress.com/p-3482-kallimni-arabi-bishweesh.aspx (I think you can find them on amazon too) - Then of course it would be great to find some Egyptian friends to practice with :) Don't feel frustrated! Hello I Suggest that you Learn Arabic (Modern Standard) Because When you Learn Egyptian Arabic you will Have issues to understand Arabic Overall Because the Egyptian Arabic is Not The Base of Arabic Language and I think if you learn Arabic Over All you will understand Egyptian Arabic so Easy Sorry for My English Mistakes And Goodluck

meh, i say Egyptian dialect has got to be the easiest among arabic dialects and MSA itself i dont know what seems to be the problem with gaining vocab when egyptions themselves build "new ones" super easy it all comes back to the verb and as for other things Egyption dialect contains many of foriegn words english is included ofc even that we make new verbs out of those foriegn words :) very flexible dialect so much resources "Movies,Series,Books,Newspapers and the most important human help" i used ---Pod101 to learn some japanese super helpful i recommend it Nadia suggesstions are great :) have a talktive egyption girl she's got to be the best help to you :) Never lose your motiviation Keep it up and good luck!
