What is meaning of "'I take it this little charmer is yours."
I was watching a movie the scene was like there was a son and his father
And their was a women and she was holding a softdrink and because of his son women spill all the softdrink over herself and his father comes and says
Father-Here's a tissue... Oh my God. You're lucky I don't take Harry away rightnow- I'm so, sooo sorry.
Women replies-"This is how my night's been going.
I take it this little charmer is yours."
Father then ask his son to say sorry and his son said sorry to her and she forgive him.
So in this scene i could get meaning of sentence "I take it this little charmer is yours."
what is it please help to understand this sentence thankyou.

The woman is being sarcastic. Sarcasm is he use of remarks in way that says the opposite of what you mean in order to insult someone or show them that you are annoyed.
Normally, "little charmer" means means someone who is pleasant, causes you to feel happy. However, the child spilled a drink on the women. This does not make her happy. Therefore, she replied, "I take it this little charmer is yours" She is annoyed and uses sarcasm.

I take it = "I am guessing that", or "I am inferring that" or "I take it [as a fact that]"
this little charmer = "this charming little boy" (see sarcasm discussion with Ms. Morgan)
is yours = "belongs to you"
