What does 'have this right' mean here?
I'm reading a story where a prince is playing with his dice. When a boy approaches him and asks to show them, he says "No." and thinks: 'I don't want his fingers on them. I am the prince, however small. Do I not even have this right?"
What does 'have this right' mean here? Does it mean the dice are his own?

Not necessarily. To be more precise, it means:
= the right to not want to have the boy's fingers around his dice e.g. the right to not have someone touch his dice.
