Starting learning Japanese Where should I start? And could you recommend me any good books (in English/Russian or maybe just Japanese?)

Hi. I have been learning Japanese for around 1 year now. My teacher started my on this book called "Genki 1", which seems to be quite popular with beginner learners. Good luck!

hi! it's good question. My friend who also studys Japanese from zero, said beginned with remembering kana figures(ひらがな) and some daily phrases like greeting and self introduction. Just remaining kana figures is boring so recommend you do both learning above same time [emoji] Tommy
