Is this sentence right? What does it mean? Sometimes you got to make the sacrifice.

Yes, this sentence is correct as far as I can judge. Though I prefer a rewording to be: 'Sometimes you have to make the sacrifice.' The meaning is really dependent on what 'the sacrifice' here refers to. It can be assumed by this sentence that usually things are easy enough for the person (referred to as 'you') but hard work ('the sacrifice') is needed at some times.

I agree with Krishna's explanation and that a better, more standard phrasing is 'sometimes you have to make the sacrifice'. But, the use of 'got to' or 'gotta' is a more informal, conversational way of expressing 'have to' or 'must' . You will see this type of phrasing among younger people or people who speak more informal English.
